I wanted to write a full article about A/B testing benefits and methodology. Indeed, as a former employee of Amazon, I am a HUGE fan of A/B testing, whose results often challenge all the beliefs and accepted ideas.

Wanna know if your click rate is higher while displaying an image of the discounted product or the discount itself (-20%)?  Or if your rate is higher or not while using the name of the recipient? There is only one rule: never assume you know the answer!

Whatever you are dealing with: emailing campaign, Facebook application, e-Commerce merchandising… Keep calm and A/B test it!
